누가 무엇을 동결할 수 있는가라는 질문에는 세 가지 단위로 세 가지 조회가 답합니다. GET /v1/freezes/guide?chain=은 네트워크 하나입니다. 모든 스테이블코인을 freeze_tier(none, freeze, seize), capability, signer와 signer_kind(테더(Tether)의 멀티시그, 서클(Circle)의 블랙리스트 관리 계정), 기록 건수, 그리고 스캐너의 표현으로 된 faq[]와 함께 보여 줍니다. freeze_tier는 권한입니다. none(동결 함수 없음 — DAI, USDS, USDe), freeze(블랙리스트에 올릴 수는 있지만 소각은 불가 — USDC), seize(동결하고 잔액을 파기할 수 있음 — USDT, PYUSD, USD1)입니다. standing은 지금 동결된 주소의 수, locked_usd6는 그 잔액의 합계(이더리움에서 테더의 동결 아래 8억 9,500만 달러), priced는 그중 잔액을 읽은 주소의 수입니다. signer_kind는 multisig(기록이 먼저 제안되며, 제안 목록이 그것을 보여 줌) 또는 eoa(일반 계정, 기록은 실행되어야만 보임)입니다. 트론(Tron)에 대한 같은 라우트는 USDT와 USD1 두 항목을 답합니다. chain이 없으면 가이드는 베이스(Base)의 것입니다. max-age=300.
